So how can we charge less and still stay in business?

Simple! We are not charging you based on what prior weddings have cost and what may happen in general at a typical wedding. This is why we don't do packages. With done by Storm you only pay for what you need. It is impossible to know what your wedding needs are because we haven't met you yet, so how can we decide ahead of time what to charge you for in a pre-arranged package?


We also don't charge you for our anticipated slow times or overages. Most companies will build these expenses into their package cost. Instead we pay for these costs by adjusting our services to the current market, setting costs based on an individual basis, and then pass along the savings to you as discounted rates. 


We have learned that higher volume brings in more revenue than higher prices, so we make it affordable for more brides instead of increasing profits on individual clients.

We can help with an existing website from sites like the Knot, Wedding Wire, Minted and more. We can help organize for ease of use for your guests and simply take the time consuming task of setting everything up off your plate! 

Creation, Design, and Maintenance of your current free site

In addition to setting everything up, we will also help maintain your site for you. Any changes, updates, or new plans and we will do the work of keeping your site up to date.

Keeping your site up to date is important. Maintaining your site yourself can be time consuming. We can maintain your site for you after we create it. Our fee includes your hosting fee as well, so it's just 1 low payment to keep your custom site flawless for as long as you need it. So $18 for you to maintain or only $25 for us to do the work for you!


RSVP Management

Electronic RSVP Management

We will take your guest list and then track, maintain, count, and help organize your RSVPs as they come in. We will not count or manage any mail in RSVPs that you may include with the electronic option.

Mail in RSVP Management

We will have all RSVP cards sent back to us and then we will track, maintain, count, and help organize your RSVPs as they come in. We will update a shared electronic file so you can see in real time who sent back their RSVP and who is coming and who can not make it. 


Seating Arrangements & Table Layouts

Once you know who is coming, it's time to figure out who is sitting where and how many tables you will need. We can help arrange all the guests who said yes and also help plan for specials intuitions like family that does not get along or ones who may or may not come despite a proper RSVP and so many more variables that go in to seating arrangements.

Venue & Table Layouts (Venue already has floor plan/dimensions)

We will take the floor plan and table sizes and show you how the room will look when it is arranged in different ways. Do the guests have enough space between tables? Will everyone be able see the head table? Do you have to move tables after dinner for the dancing or can you design the room differently so you don't have to? So much can change just based on where you put the tables!

Venue & Table Layouts (Venue does NOT have floor plan already)

$95 (Travel fee may apply depending on venue location)

We will do everything included in the  "With Floor plan" option above plus we will create the floor plan for the venue as well so we know exactly how to layout the room for your perfect vision! Creating a custom floor plan may mean a trip to the venue and depending on the location, a travel fee may apply. WE WILL DISCUSS ANY POSSIBLE TRAVEL FEE BEFOREHAND.

Custom Design Work

Make your Saves the Dates, Invites, Programs, and more really stand out with a custom design vs a pre made template that everyone is using for their wedding ALL DESIGN WORK COMES WITH WHOLESALE PRINTING OPTIONS TO SAVE YOU MONEY or you can take them wherever you would like to have them printed. You own the design once it's done and can do with it what you please.

We will work with you to create a perfect day of timeline for your wedding and will be available by email through out your planning process to update anything on the timeline if details change as you closer to your date.

The Rehearsal is FREE*

The Rehearsal the day before is free with us. We will work with your Officiant and Venue's Coordinator during your rehearsal. Have a friend Officiating for you that hasn't done a wedding before? We can do the entire rehearsal  - still all for FREE

*Rehearsal only free if we are there for the wedding day as well. Rehearsal will be an extra charge if we are not hired to be on site for your wedding day as part of your custom package.
